You can choose the board basis you prefer: Bed & Breakfast with breakfast included; Flex Half Board, with breakfast and a choice between Lunch and Dinner, to combine the comfort with the freedom to discover the typical restaurants of Elba, or the Full Board basis, designed to spoil yourself from breakfast to dinner.
