Chiudi Rinuncia Caparra confirmatoria e recesso

Al momento della prenotazione del soggiorno, il Cliente è tenuto al versamento della caparra confirmatoria.
In caso di rinuncia alla prenotazione, il cliente dovrà darne avviso, a mezzo raccomandata, entro e non oltre il termine di 30 giorni, dalla data di arrivo prevista ; qualora il termine di preavviso non fosse rispettato, la caparra verrà trattenuta dall'Hotel Valle Verde a titolo di indennizzo.
Il RECESSO, ai sensi dell'art. 1372/1373 c.c., può essere consentito esclusivamente a condizione che il Cliente tenga indenne l'Hotel
Valle Verde di tutte le spese, i costi e le perdite che la stessa andrà a sostenere a causa di tale recesso.
Pertanto, in caso di partenza anticipata rispetto alla data concordata al momento della prenotazione, il Cliente sarà tenuto a indennizzare l'Hotel Valle Verde versando l'importo complessivo di tre pernottamenti per persona recedente, al prezzo corrente nel periodo stagionale del mancato soggiorno previsto. |
