Our Chef and his staff use the best ingredients to create menus that combine the flavours of tradition with the aromas of Tuscan cuisine; we offer tasty appetizers, first and second courses prepared with top quality fish, meat and vegetables and, last but not least, delicious desserts always homemade by our Pastry chef.
- Your taste-filled day begins with a Buffet Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea or in our charming dining room. Every morning our Pastry chef prepares wholesome cakes, tarts and plum cakes; we also offer a selection of savoury dishes, lots of fresh and preserved fruits, fruit salads, juices, yogurt, sweet rolls and an assortment of cereals.
- You may choose to have lunch in the hotel restaurant choosing from our à la carte menu, or on the beach, at our Beach Bar choosing from a menu of light, appetizing dishes, snacks, cold seafood plates, salads and grilled fish.
- The Beach Bar is always open for a coffee, a drink, an ice cream or a romantic aperitif at sunset.
- Every evening, dinner is the most inviting moment of the day. Choose from three different menus, one of which always includes fish, and finish things off in style with a delicious treat from our selection of pastries and desserts.
- Our service is our pride and every guest is served with attention and cordiality, as they are accompanied in a culinary journey of great quality that meets their every need, with special menus for vegetarians, vegans or for those with particular food allergies.
Particular care is also given to our wine selection, so that each dish - whether meat or fish - and our delicious desserts are served with the perfect wine.
Our "Wine List" includes wines from the North to the South of Italy, starting from the best local cellars on the Island of Elba, dedicated to quality and to presenting the best of the territory, followed by the famous Tuscan cellars (with the great wines from Bolgheri, Chianti, Montalcino and San Gimignano, without leaving out the extraordinary wines of the Maremma) and on to include some of the best proposals from the greatest wine producing regions of Italy.
Every Friday (from June to early September) we prepare a delicious mixed grill of fish, meats and vegetables, accompanied by an irresistible dessert buffet.
